Battling the Flu This Season

Hey everyone,

I’ve come down with a nasty flu, so I’ll be taking some time to rest and recover. If you’re also feeling under the weather, here are a few things that might help:

Rest: Give your body the time it needs to heal. Sleep is your best friend right now.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water, herbal teas, or clear broths to keep hydrated.

Medication: Over-the-counter remedies can help manage symptoms—don’t hesitate to consult a pharmacist or doctor if needed.

See a Doctor: If your symptoms are severe or don’t improve, it’s important to seek medical advice.

Take care of yourselves and prioritise your health. I’ll be back after Christmas, hopefully feeling much better and ready to dive into new projects.
